##article.abstract##

Maqolada mol-mulk sug‘urtasida risklarni baholash va anderrayting metodologiyasini takomillashtirish nazariy-metodologik va empirik jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Swiss Re instituti ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, iqlim o‘zgarishi ta’sirida jahon bo‘yicha tabiiy ofatlardan himoyaviy bo‘shliq 2025-yilda 424 milliard AQSh dollariga yetgan, bu anderrayting metodologiyasini tarixiy ma’lumotlardan kelajakka yo‘naltirilgan modellarga o‘tkazishni talab qilmoqda. Tadqiqotda riskni tasniflash nazariyasi bilan falokatli risklarni modellashtirishning to‘rt tarkibiy tuzilmasi birlashtirilib, zamonaviy anderraytingning yagona ikki bosqichli nazariy modeli shakllantirilgan hamda jahon amaliyotidagi uch metodologik yondashuv, ya’ni an’anaviy aktuar usul, falokatli modellashtirish dasturlari va sun’iy intellekt asosidagi yondashuv  qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida aniqlangan eng muhim natija shundan iboratki, O‘zbekiston Respublikasida seysmik xavfsizlik sohasida yaratilgan davlat infratuzilmasi, binolarning elektron texnik pasportlari platformasi va avtomatik monitoring tizimi — anderrayting metodologiyasini takomillashtirish uchun hali foydalanilmagan noyob resurs hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida aniq ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
