Maqolada tibbiy sug‘urtaning kambag‘allikni qisqartirishga ta’siri nazariy-metodologik va empirik jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti va Jahon banki ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, dunyo bo‘yicha 1,3 milliard kishi tibbiy xarajatlar tufayli kambag‘allik chegarasidan pastga tushgan, shundan 344 millioni ekstremal kambag‘allikda yashamoqda. Tibbiy sug‘urtaning kambag‘allikka ta’sir yo‘nalishlari to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri moliyaviy himoya, daromadni barqarorlashtirish va tibbiy xizmatlardan foydalanishni rag‘batlantirish sifatida ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tizimlashtirilgan. Markaziy Osiyo davlatlarining tibbiy xarajatlar ulushi qiyosiy tahlil qilingan va global o‘rtacha ko‘rsatkichga nisbatan solishtirilgan. Shu bilan birga, mamlakatda kambag‘allik darajasini pasaytirishda Davlat tibbiy sug‘urta jamg‘armasining roli o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida aniq takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
