Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarini rivojlantirishda marketing nazariyasining shakllanishi va evolyutsiyasi tadqiq etilgan. Marketing nazariyasining tarixiy rivojlanish bosqichlari, xizmatlar marketingining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari hamda zamonaviy marketing konsepsiyalarining xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalari faoliyatidagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, marketing nazariyasining amaliyotga tatbiq etilishi orqali xizmatlar sifati, mijozlar qoniqishi va korxonalar raqobatbardoshligini oshirish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan.
