Ushbu maqola emotsional intellektning (EI) marketing ishlashini yaxshilashdagi muhim rolini o'rganadi. Turli xil empirik tadqiqotlar va nazariy ramkalar asosida biz EI-ning mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni boshqarish, sotish ko'rsatkichlari va umumiy marketing samaradorligi kabi asosiy marketing natijalariga qanday ta'sir qilishini o'rganamiz. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, yuqori EI darajasiga ega marketing mutaxassislari mijozlar bilan yaxshi munosabatda bo'lib, ko'proq savdo qilishadi va samarali marketing strategiyalarini ishlab chiqadilar.
