Maqolada O‘zbekistonda ilmiy ishlanmalarni tijoratlashtirish tizimining 2020–2025-yillardagi rivojlanish tendensiyalari rasmiy statistika va ma’muriy ma’lumotlar asosida tahlil qilingan. 2020–2024-yillarda ilmiy-tadqiqot va tajriba-konstruktorlik ishlari hajmi 992,0 mlrd so‘mdan 1 603,0 mlrd so‘mga, ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari hajmi esa 663,2 mlrd so‘mdan 1 243,4 mlrd so‘mga oshgani aniqlangan. Innovatsion faoliyat xarajatlari esa bir tekis o‘sishdan ko‘ra yuqori o‘zgaruvchanlikni namoyon etib, 2022-yilda 19 130,6 mlrd so‘mga yetganidan keyin 2024-yilda 9 739,3 mlrd so‘mni tashkil etgan. O‘zbekistonning 2025-yilgi Global Innovation Index natijalarida umumiy 79-o‘rin, innovation inputs bo‘yicha 69-o‘rin va innovation outputs bo‘yicha 92-o‘rin qayd etilgan bo‘lib, resurs va natija reytinglari o‘rtasidagi 23 pog‘onalik farq tijoratlashtirish zanjirini chuqurroq diagnostika qilish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi. 2025-yil ma’muriy ma’lumotlarida 323 ta loyiha uchun 577,1 mlrd so‘m yo‘naltirilgani, 250 ta yangi ishlanma yaratilgani, 300 ta ishlanma tijoratlashtirilgani va 51,83 mlrd so‘mlik sotuv qayd etilgani tahlil qilingan. Mazkur ko‘rsatkichlardan oddiy nisbatlar orqali konversiya yoki investitsiya qaytimi hisoblash metodologik jihatdan to‘g‘ri emasligi asoslangan, chunki yangi va tijoratlashtirilgan ishlanmalar hamda moliyalashtirish va sotuv ko‘rsatkichlarining aynan bir xil kohortga tegishliligi mavjud agregat ma’lumotlardan aniqlanmaydi. Natijada tijoratlashtirish siyosatini baholashda resurs va faoliyat hajmidan natija zanjiri, kohortlararo bog‘lanish va tekshiriladigan bozor natijalariga o‘tish zarurligi asoslangan.
