Ushbu tadqiqot Xorazm viloyati tumanlarida oliy ta’limning iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’sirini Panel Fixed Effects modelidan foydalangan holda baholashga qaratilgan. Xorazm viloyatining 2010-2024 yillardagi 13 ta tuman va shaharlari bo‘yicha panel ma’lumotlari tahlil qilindi (N=177). Model yuqori tushuntirish kuchini namoyish etadi (R²=0.969, F=289.49, p<0.001). Bandlikning 1% ga o‘sishi chakana savdo aylanmasining 1.05 % ga oshishiga olib keladi (β=1.052, p<0.001). Tumanlar bo‘yicha sezilarli tarkibiy farqlar aniqlandi: Urganch shahri bazaviy tumandan 1.56 punkt yuqori (p<0.001) . Natijalar mintaqaviy tafovutlarni kamaytirish va inson kapitaliga investitsiyalarni ko‘paytirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
