Maqolada O‘zbekistonda yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayoni va uning barqaror rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda aholi o‘sishi, ekologik ta’lim, qadoqlash materiallarini iste’mol qilish va energiya resurslaridan foydalanish kabi omillarning ekologik vaziyatga ta’sirini baholash uchun statistik ma’lumotlardan foydalanildi. Chiqindilarni kamaytirish, qayta tiklanadigan energiyadan foydalanish va ekologik ta'limni rivojlantirish ekologik barqarorlikka erishish uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi ta'kidlanadi. Maqolada ushbu omillarni hisobga olgan holda barqaror rivojlanish strategiyalarini shakllantirish bo'yicha takliflar ilgari surilgan.
