Ushbu maqolada iqlim o‘zgarishlari ta’siridan moliyaviy yo‘qotishlarni sug‘urtaviy himoyalashda indeks sug‘urtalashni doriy qilishning ilmiy va uslubiy jihatlari batafsil yoritilgan. Indeks sug‘urtalash borasida xalqaro tajribalar o‘rganilgan holda tadqiqot natijalari keltirib o‘tilgan. Shu bilan birga O‘zbekiston qishloq xo‘jaligini turli tabiiy ofatlar va turli stixiyali xavf-xatarlardan sug‘urtalashda yangi sug‘urta turi sifatida indeks sug‘urtalashni joriy etishning xususiyatlari va uning moliyaviy jihatdan afzalliklari bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
