Inson va ijtimoiy rivojlanish har qanday davlatning barqarorligi va farovonligi uchun muhim omil hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada 2063 va 2030 maqsadlarida inson va ijtimoiy rivojlanish bilan bog'liq yo'nalishlar va ularning uyg'unlashuv sohalari ko'rib chiqiladi. Ta'lim va tayyorlash, aholi va asosiy sog'liqni saqlash, yoshlarni rivojlantirish, uy-joy va suv ta'minoti va sanitariya, gender tengligi va ayollarni qo'llab-quvvatlash, va ijtimoiy himoya sohalarida har ikkala Hujjatning maqsadlari va uyg'unlashuv sohalari tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu yo'nalishlar bo'yicha amalga oshiriladigan chora-tadbirlar davlatlarning barqaror rivojlanishiga hissa qo'shadi. Bu maqsadlar va yo'nalishlar orasidagi uyg'unlik, har ikkala Hujjatning birgalikda ishlashini va umumiy rivojlanishga hissa qo'shishini ta'minlaydi.
